Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information directly. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Listing Content

You upload real estate listing photos and provide listing details (address, price, features) to generate video content. We store this content in secure cloud storage associated with your account.

Generated Content

Our service generates videos and images from your uploaded photos using AI video generation technology. These generated assets are stored in your account and are accessible only to you.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature usage) through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users across sites.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate video content from your uploaded photos
• To process your subscription payments via Stripe

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
• Supabase — for database hosting and authentication services.
• Vercel — for application hosting and anonymized analytics.
• AI video providers — your uploaded photos are sent to third-party AI services to generate video clips. These providers process your photos solely for content generation and do not retain them after processing.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage buckets scoped to your user account. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security policies on all database access.

5. Data Retention

Your listing content, generated videos, and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a listing, it is soft-deleted and may be retained in our systems for up to 30 days before permanent removal. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.

6. Cookies

Atrium uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) operates without cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
