These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atrium platform operated by Atrium ("we," "our," or "us") at atriumreels.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Atrium is a software-as-a-service platform that converts real estate listing photos into branded video content. You upload photos and listing details, and our service uses AI technology to generate professional video content.
You must create an account to use Atrium. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Atrium offers subscription plans with a monthly credit allocation. Each credit allows you to generate one set of video content (listing video and clips) from a listing. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your account and generated content after cancellation, but cannot generate new videos without an active subscription.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the listing information you provide. You also own the video content generated by Atrium from your materials.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your photos and listing data solely for the purpose of providing the Atrium service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Videos are generated using artificial intelligence and automated processes. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that generated content will be free of artifacts, errors, or imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation depends on third-party AI providers and cloud infrastructure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by these dependencies. If a video generation fails, the credit used will be automatically refunded to your account.
The Atrium platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make your content available for export for 30 days after termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
